Sean Macleod

Sean joined BraddockMatthewsBarrett in 2025 and serves as the firm’s Financial Controller, overseeing the company’s financial operations.

Sean has over 25 years of corporate finance experience, having spent time working in a variety of financial services firms. Prior to joining BraddockMatthewsBarrett he served as the Corporate Controller at McCall & Almy and Claridge Venture Partners. After launching his career in hedge fund accounting, he pivoted to corporate finance, where he identified and pursued his core professional passion.

In his spare time Sean enjoys hockey with his two young sons, along with coaching their other various sporting endeavors.

Sean received his BS in Finance from the University of Maine, where he was also a member of the Men’s Swimming & Diving team.
