Paul Ciancarelli

Paul is a Partner with nearly 20 years of experience advising leading traditional and alternative asset managers, private markets firms, wealth managers, and insurance companies on critical leadership hires. He specializes in identifying and placing high-impact executives across distribution and marketing, investments, operations, and the C-suite.

Known for his deep industry insight and consultative approach, Paul partners closely with clients to build high-performing teams that drive growth and competitive advantage. In addition to executing senior-level searches, he is a trusted advisor on organizational design, compensation trends, and talent strategy, regularly supporting both firms and industry associations on best practices.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Paul was a Partner at Korn Ferry in the Asset & Wealth Management Practice and began his executive search career at CTPartners, where he was part of the Financial Services Practice.

Paul is actively involved in his local community and enjoys coaching youth sports programs. He holds a BA in Business from Providence College and a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Organizational Behavior from Suffolk University.
