Cole McWilliams

Cole focuses on executive search mandates across a variety of client organizations, with expertise in endowments, foundations, family offices, private equity firms, and asset managers.

Prior to joining BraddockMatthews, Cole was in executive search at Kingsley Gate, where he specialized in search and talent assessment of C-Suite Executives and Board Directors across multiple sectors with expertise in Private Equity, Technology & Services. He began his career at Coleman Research in San Francisco, where he advised large, buy side investment management firms on their due-diligence processes, as well as held P&L responsibility for key accounts including global consulting, investment management, and private equity firms.

Cole holds a BA in International Business & French from Wake Forest University.
