Kismet joined BraddockMatthewsBarrett in 2026 as a Research Associate, where she supports Partners and Consultants across all phases of the executive search process. Her work includes market and company research, talent mapping, search strategy support, and candidate identification, as well as maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date data within the firm’s proprietary systems.
Kismet holds a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University.
